Ronald G. Pepka, PA
Broker/Owner
Ron can be described as the “Rock” that every successful business needs.  With fourteen years of local Real Estate experience, Ron has acquired a can do attitude and a set of finely tuned skills known to get homes sold for the most money with the least amount of inconvenience.  Fourteen years ago Ron planted a seed of hope for his new business, and now Team Pepka has blossomed into one of Manatee County's highest ranked Real Estate teams.  When he is out of the office, Ron enjoys competing on the beautiful Florida golf courses as well as scuba diving and other family activities.



Cathy Pepka
Realtor/Contract To Close Specialist
Buying a home is like taking a airline flight across the country.  Like any trip you're bound to run into a little turbulence.  With Cathy piloting your flight from contract to closing she will  utilize her expertise and experience to take you on the smoothest flight possible.  Cathy coordinates with Loan officers, Surveyors, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Pest Inspectors, Title Agents and other Real Estate Agents simultaneously to orchestrate a successful and stress-free closing.  Cathy enjoys curling up with a good book, traveling, classic movies and playing with the pooches.



Alisa Begley

Alisa's integrity, positive attitude, love for Real Estate, and desire to help others find the perfect dream home leaves Team Pepka clients with that “Job Well Done” feeling with everyone she works with.  A resident of Manatee County for almost 25 years Alisa and her family have seen a significant amount of change since first arriving from Tennessee. Alisa loves spending time with her family, listening to music and enjoying the outdoors.

Joanne "Joey" Hodgson
Buyer Specialist 
  Joey embraces the opportunity to counsel Team Pepka clients in one of the most important decisions of their lives.  Born and raised in Latrobe, PA, Joey has lived in Victoria, B.C. and Edmonton, AL, Canada before moving to Sarasota thirty years ago, attracted by the warm weather and burgeoning arts and theater community.  With a Masters of Fine Arts and a member of the screen actors guild, Joey has worked as an director, costumer and has performed as an actress in both local and national commercials and infomercials. A licensed Agent for 20 years, Joey is “Ready to Act” in your best interest in your transaction.

Jesse Carr

Jesse has been competently assisting both domestic and international buyers find area properties that meet their needs for over ten years. Understanding what Team Pepka Clients are looking for and working diligently to efficiently and effectively find the right property for them.  A Florida native and life-long Manatee county resident committed to our community, Jesse was recognized by the Manatee Association of Realtors as Humanitarian of the Year in 2007 for his work with Junior Achievement.  An avid golfer and traveler, Jesse, his wife and children enjoy visiting different parts of the world.

Betty Alonso
Team Leader
Betty, our Director of Operations, manages our administrative team, public relations, marketing and most importantly fostering communication with all parties involved in the Real Estate transaction with our team.  Her top priority is making sure all departments and individuals work together in order to assure that our customers receive unparalleled service.  Her passions include doing anything that involves the outdoors; spending time with her kids, going to the beach, fishing, motorcycle rides and shopping.

Colleen Lloyd
Listings Manager
Marketing Homes for sale is Colleen’s specialty. Colleen ensures that our Listings are being promoted through every multimedia outlet possible.  She seeks out and researches any and all new ideas to make sure Team Pepka is on the cutting edge of Real Estate marketing.  Colleen’s positive attitude makes it a pleasure to have her on the team.  When not at work she enjoys spending time with her son and dog, shopping, reading, and going to the beach as often as possible.

Ginger and Izzy are in charge of office morale. Their duties are to greet each employee
